SILVERA: Reopening of showrooms and new exhibitions

After several months of closure due to the Covid 19 epidemic and containment measures, the SILVERA showrooms reopen with a season rich in new products placed under the sign of freshness. Exclusively offered: garden furniture, summer lounge, armchairs, tables, chairs, and outdoor accessories. This new outdoor arrival accentuates what the pandemic has demonstrated: in 2021, the outdoors will become more than ever a living space where comfort and design take their full measure.

Unique showrooms, in Paris and elsewhere

Located in Saint-Germain des Prés, Kléber, Faubourg Saint-Honoré or even in Bastille, the Silvera showrooms are above all exhibition places where the essential brands in terms of design come together. The distributor continues to develop its network, in the capital but not only since it is also installed in Marseille, Lyon and London. Today there are around ten Parisian showrooms, with a new prestigious address which opened on rue du Bac in September 2016.

The place, managed by Brigitte Silvera and Erwann Renaut has been completely renovated, it welcomes design excellence on three levels.

The bias adopted is to give an impression of grandeur with the elimination of interior partitions and the choice of contemporary materials such as glass and concrete, transparency and luminosity are the main elements that characterize this new showroom, offering a magnificent larger setting to collections. There is a selection of high-end, refined and modern brands that touch all the universes of the house, such as Baxter, Classicon, Coedition, De Padova, Fritz Hansen, Living Divani, MDF Italia, Minotti, Porro, or even Knoll … And also a large choice of decorative objects and lighting such as Editions, Flos, Hay, Moooi, Seletti or Vitra.

Each SILVERA showroom is unique, both in the singularity of its scenography and in the choice of collections.

SILVERA Saint-Germain: a world apart

This new 55m2 space has been designed differently from a traditional SILVERA showroom. The use of this atypical place was the subject of a targeted reflection, carried out in collaboration with the architect Frédéric Turpin, of the Facto agency: “The visibility from the boulevard Saint-Germain required this place to be more than a showroom, this one had to be an event showcase, a signal, a call, a permanent communication in volume ”.

Showroom SILVERA - Saint-Germain

Imagined as a real event showcase, this showroom is intended to be a real reception venue. It is the subject of a program, which will allow partner brands to highlight their worlds in the heart of the Saint-Germain district. 3 to 4 exhibitions will be highlighted each year in order to imbue the seasons and the exhibitions with a new and ever more surprising atmosphere. The Italian brand Gallotti & Radice had the chance to inaugurate this brand new concept to make room for the Living-Divani exhibition, which will be in the spotlight until July 2021.

SILVERA is (bigger) thinking with the Faubourg Saint-Honoré Showroom

Ideally located between Place des Ternes and Salle Pleyel, this new setting offers a wider range of a space of 1,000m², spread over 3 levels.

This new showroom sets up a journey of scenographic atmospheres around the most beautiful publishing houses: Flexform ,Cassina ,B&B Italia ,Vitra ,Fritz Hansen ,Hay ,MDF Italia ,Moroso ,Porro ,Zanotta and many others.

Each floor offers different scenographies and product selections that make it easier to project into the different rooms of the house. With its global concept, SILVERA Faubourg Saint-Honoré offers a project space, a selection of objects, as well as a friendly meeting place where ideas and projects can be exchanged over a coffee.

SILVERA Bastille: The essentials of design

Redesigned by the architect Christophe Pillet in 2005, SILVERA Bastille covers an area of 800m2 spread over four levels, by its surface area the showroom offers a wide choice of emblematic pieces also accompanied by design classics. SILVERA expresses the strong lines of the concept: the choice of a sharp and innovative design.

On the occasion of the opening of the Bourse de Commerce, the Bastille showroom paid tribute to French designers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, as well as to their creations in collaboration with furniture publishers Artek and Vitra.

“The new Bourse de Commerce is a game of contrasts, jumps between eras or between the most established elements. It was essential not to decorate these spaces, nor to disturb this union of contrasts, but only to accompany them. “

Rope Chair Artek

This place, which has become strategic, in that it embodies one of the capital’s new flagship museums, is tending to become the unmissable cultural meeting place.

Thus, for 10 weeks, SILVERA exhibits models such as the Rope Chair, the Kaari table and the Tuplas wall hooks produced by Artek, but also the Découpages vases imagined last year, by the designer brothers, for Vitra.
