Postponement of the Milan Motor Show

The annual design high mass, initially scheduled for April, had already been postponed to June. Given the health circumstances, we suspected that his outfit was in question, the most optimistic hoping for a second postponement in the fall. The official information arrived before the weekend, the event is postponed to April 2021. Communicated.

“The Salone del Mobile.Milano is suspending its 2020 edition, which is rescheduled for April 13-18, 2021. The persistence of the health emergency, which is spreading to all countries of the world, has decided the officials of Salone del Mobile.Milano to choose referral. The conditions that prompted them to postpone the demonstration from April to June 2020, as announced on February 25, are no longer relevant. We tried to keep the June date until the last minute in order to ensure that the demonstration took place as normal. But the current scenario has completely changed and the uncertainties in the medium term do not allow to confirm the holding of the Salone.

The 2021 edition, which will celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Salone, will be a special event for the whole sector. For the first time, at the same time as Salone Internazionale del Mobile, Complément d’Ameublement, Workplace3.0, S.Project and Saloneellite, all the biennials will be present. Euroluce, International Lighting Fair, already scheduled for 2021, will be accompanied by EuroCucina / International Kitchen Furniture Fair, FTK – Technology For the Kitchen and the Salon International de la Salle de Bain.

A single major manifestation of a system that will be a new opportunity to relaunch for companies, for the entire sector working in synergy with the Salone and for the city of Milan. ”
