The furniture editor Petite Friture, created 10 years ago by Amélie du Passage, presents two new collaborations with the Parisian studio AC/AL and the American studio Jumbo.
“To bring out the good from the beautiful” is the idea defended by Petite Friture about the pieces they edit. To create a collective emulsion through the meeting with the designers with whom the publishing house collaborates, this is the ambition of the house. For this new season, they present two new collaborations with the AC/AL studio and the Jumbo studio.
Wander mirrors, a collection without constraints
AC/AL studio was founded in 2013 by Amandine Chhor and Aïssa Logerot, two graduates of ENSCI Les Ateliers. Driven by a common passion for materials and industrial processes, they strive to create objects that enhance their uses, while always being rational and accurate in each of the projects they develop. For this collaboration with Petite Friture, the duo presents the Wander mirrors, born from a free approach of any constraint, and with a strong attachment to graphic, pictorial and playful aspects. Composed of seven models of different sizes, colors and shapes, the Wander collection invites us to a light, elegant and subtle journey.

Neotenic, the colorful Pop lamp
Created in 2018 by American designers Justin Donnelly and Monling Lee, the Jumbo studio offers whimsical pieces with a strong focus on shapes, materials and colors. For their first collaboration with Petite Friture, they unveil Neotenic, a lamp with pop colors and shapes, available in two sizes and three colors. Made by ceramists in Portugal, the model is shaped in the manner of ” cavatappi pasta” and requires the use of 6 molds to achieve this shape.
