MARA, office furnishings for living

Specialized in the production of innovative, aesthetic and functional furnishing systems and elements, for the office but also for everyday life, the Italian company MARA offers several collections of tables, chairs and stools, which can be found in line, but also staged in the new corporate showroom.

Founded in 1960, the Italian company Mara produces furniture (tables, adjustable tables, chairs, stools, storage and accessories), for the office but also for everyday life, the great specificity of which is the high degree of technological innovation. integrated. In addition to the use of quality raw materials and the great respect for the environment of its products, Mara has made the search for intelligent, flexible and functional solutions its trademark.

Its collections are characterized by very functional and ergonomic systems, offering great flexibility and adaptability in their daily use.

Collection Follow, MARA

The Follow collection allows for height adjustment of its tables thanks to an original mechanical adjustment system by counterweight. The table top folding system by a simple control, of the Follow Tilting series for example, allows a single person to handle and move a table.

The patented Libro closure system, which can be found in the Argo Libro series in particular, allows tables to be folded up, ideal for storage (on a surface area of 40 cm!) And a minimal footprint.

Aesthetics and versatility

Design and aesthetics are not to be outdone, combining purity and essentiality of form, as in the collection of chairs and stools in the “industrial” style Simple, whose fine lines match the versatility of use. No wonder then that many companies are retaining Mara products. Golden Goose has therefore chosen the Simple chairs for the large meeting spaces at its new headquarters in Milan. The Eur congress center in Rome recently opted for chairs from the Gate collection. A strategic choice since these premises host the largest COVID vaccination center in Italy. As for tables, the Follow collections have taken over the headquarters of the international organization Hivos in The Hague or the new offices of Cushman & Wakefield in Warsaw.

Visible online on the company’s website, all the collections also benefit from an optimized presentation space, both scenographic and colorful, within the brand new Moving Colors showroom. Conducive to the visual interplay of constantly rethinking configurations and associations, this new place was inaugurated during Mara’s sixtieth anniversary last year, in the very heart of the historic headquarters of Brescia. Something to appreciate at the same time the quality of materials and finishes, and the harmonious way of punctuating the environments that these collections dress.
