The British bicycle brand Hummingbird has developed a new model with a flax frame and carbon fiber handlebars. One of the lightest electric bikes on the market.
It is surely the most durable and lightest bike in the world. In fact, it weighs only 7 kg and is made of a pioneering material made of vegetable fibers. This model is the Flax Folding Bike, designed by Hummingbird engineers and developed by Prodrive, a world leader in motorsports.

Its linen frame is as light as its carbon fiber predecessor, and maintains the same strength and elegance. But the linen model has an additional power: durability. Already used in motorsports as an alternative to carbon fiber, this new model by Hummingbird brings the power of linen up to date for a city model.
