After having worked for 20 years in various Orange departments, Édouard Olivier joined the Cercle Parnasse as Brand, Communication, Digital and Events Director.
After starting his career at Volvo and then at DAEWOO Automobiles, Edouard Olivier joined Orange within the Wanadoo subsidiary in 2000, as media manager for France. In 2008, he took charge of the brand, the marketing and communication budget and the direction of customer publications at Orange Business Services, then became Director of Corporate Communication and the Brand until mid-2017. Previously Director of Employee Engagement Programs and Animation within the Orange group, Édouard Olivier joined Parnasse last October as Brand, Communication, Digital and Events Director.
For twelve years, the Cercle Parnasse has been backed by the Orange group and serves in particular as a customer relationship laboratory. In an ultra-digitalized world, the company thus offers personalized digital coaching support: the Cercle Parnasse is thus a “scout” of the changes generated by the digital revolution in our daily, professional and personal lives. Originally thought of as a sort of “digital concierge”, the Cercle Parnasse naturally developed numerous advice and home services, ranging from remote monitoring to home automation.
