The 2nd edition of the “Your Prototype Workshop” competition is open: designers can submit their application until January 15 included: the winners will benefit from a half-day at the CFT factory for the production of a first prototype between the February 3 and 5.
Member of the FrenchFab and of the Metalians group, CFT INDUSTRIE has specialized for more than thirty years in the bending and assembly of wire, tube and sheet metal. The plant also includes a research department which can also support the design and industrialization of projects.
In the fall of 2020, the first “Your prototype workshop” competition was launched: the objective is to help designers to manufacture the first prototype of a project. Last November, the 8 professionals selected were able to produce prototypes of tables, chairs, or accessories.
Given the interest aroused by this transaction, CFT INDUSTRIE decided to renew it at the start of the year. Candidates have until January 15 to submit their application. Along with a detailed registration form, these should provide full plans. After studying the files (materials, complexity of the parts to be produced, analysis of the assembly, etc.) the CFT team will select the 6 winners: these designers will benefit from a half-day in the factory, between the 3rd and the 5th. February, for the production of a first prototype, after personalized support upstream.
