Bleu Gris Agence signs the decoration of the Nice restaurant Fine Gueule

In Nice, Bleu Gris Agence signs the decoration of the Fine Gueule restaurant. The conviviality, confidentiality and intimacy that emanate from it give this French cuisine restaurant an air of a table d’hôte.

In the old town of Nice, France Bittel and Olivier Chanard dress Fine Gueule, a French cuisine restaurant with a resolutely Mediterranean decor.
The restaurant opens onto a first space, articulated around a central kitchen and open to the room. It is delimited by its marble counter, and its Fest Amsterdam high stools in gray fabric.

The mixed earth floor and terracotta tiles resonate with the white lime ceiling. On the side, the Nobilis bench in mustard yellow velvet invites customers to settle down comfortably, and guides the gaze towards the second room.

This space, which is aimed at groups, plays the confidentiality card. The custom-made table, with travertine legs and walnut top, is combined with minimalist Fest Amsterdam corduroy chairs.

A third space, dug in the middle of a library, is revealed on the other side of the kitchen. This secret setting, in terracotta tiles and stainless steel lacquer, invites you to share an intimate moment on the velvet benches.
